Project idea:

A Luxurious Garden House

This villa has been designed with a minimalist and contemporary approach, where the interplay of pure volumes, a blend of warm and cool materials, and visual transparency play a central role. The main façade features strong horizontal lines and prominent framing elements that create a rhythmic and engaging visual flow across the building’s exterior.

A key highlight of the design is the use of horizontal brick patterning in parts of the façade. This material, with its warm tone, contrasts harmoniously with the white surfaces and glass panels, bringing depth and texture to the elevation while forming a thoughtful connection with the surrounding nature. This style of brickwork adds a sense of intimacy and calm, preserving the human scale within a modern architectural language.

Transparency within the building mass—particularly in the central staircase enclosed in glass—allows natural light to penetrate deep into the interior, while enhancing visual connections between floors and the outdoor greenery. Full-height openings, linear terraces, and large glass surfaces help blur the boundaries between interior and exterior, creating a seamless spatial experience.

The villa has been designed to meet the demands of contemporary living in nature, where architectural form, functionality, aesthetics, and tranquility coexist in harmony.
