Bazarche Project

  • Architect: Mr.Masih.Akhlaghi

  • Location: Iran,Isfahan,Bazarche.st

  • Type: Residential Building

  • Status: in process

  • Project idea: Located in the dense urban context of Isfahan, this residential project reinterprets the language of modern architecture through a balanced composition of geometric order and expressive voids. The architectural concept is rooted in a modular rhythm that responds to both aesthetic clarity and environmental performance—optimizing natural light, ventilation, and privacy.

The façade articulates a dynamic interplay of depth and shadow through carefully calibrated setbacks, protrusions, and frame-like elements. This architectural layering lends the building a sculptural presence while ensuring spatial efficiency within a compact footprint.

Material selection plays a pivotal role in grounding the design within its context. A refined palette of natural brick and stone—with varied textures and tonal harmony—establishes a dialogue between the project and Isfahan’s architectural heritage, while simultaneously projecting a contemporary identity. The result is a façade that is both contextually sensitive and formally progressive, embodying a thoughtful response to the evolving urban fabric of the city.
