Type: Residential Building
Status: Completed
Project idea: The design of this residential building was developed with the goal of creating a balance between urban coherence and interior spatial quality. The exterior facade, utilizing textured materials and orderly horizontal lines, gives the building a modern, calm, yet distinctive appearance. One of the key elements of the facade is the creative use of a unique brickwork pattern with a variable rhythm. This not only adds texture and depth to the elevation but also creates a dynamic play of light and shadow throughout the day, giving the facade a lively and ever-changing character. The combination of this brick pattern with wooden framing and alternating open and closed surfaces provides effective control over light and views, and grants the building a unique personality.
In the entrance and public interior areas, the use of natural materials such as wood and stone, along with a large skylight, creates a warm, pleasant, and well-lit atmosphere that conveys a strong sense of comfort and tranquility. Natural light is carefully guided into the depths of the space, creating a smooth connection between the interior and exterior. This project seeks to respond simultaneously to functional and aesthetic needs through careful attention to design details, offering a balanced experience of urban living and the feeling of home.
