Project idea:

This four-story residential building is designed with a modern and minimalist approach, utilizing a combination of materials such as natural stone and thermo-treated wood on the facade. One of its most distinctive features is a secondary skin that overlays the main structure like an independent architectural frame, emphasizing the building’s form.

This frame, composed of wood and stone, adds visual depth and clearly defines the boundary between open and closed sections of the facade. The contrast between the warm tones of the wood and the light-colored background creates a balanced and visually appealing composition.

Overall, the design emphasizes simplicity, order, and attention to detail, resulting in a timeless facade that harmonizes with the surrounding urban fabric.
