The building’s exterior, featuring high-quality materials such as brick, natural wood, and clear glass, offers a cohesive identity while maintaining a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Open floor plans and wide openings maximize natural ventilation and daylight, enhancing the livability of the spaces Special attention has been given to the design of communal areas, incorporating green spaces and functional terraces that promote a stronger connection between residents and the urban environment.
